Father's Day Cards

A couple different cards for Father's Day

Hand towel Newlyweds card

This isn't my design but I loved it so much I had to recreate it. So cute! It was made with all free images in design space.

Newlyweds Card

A friend of mine needed a Newlyweds card so I found inspiration from a similar design and recreated it.
Mr&Mrs- Sweethearts cartridge
Bride/groom - Kate's Silhouettes

Bridal Shower Card

For my future sister in law for her shower. I used Kate's Silhouettes from SVGCuts.com and a vector umbrella from a google search. The handle of the umbrella is a smooth paper clip I cut to fit. I believe the banner is from the Sweethearts cartridge.

Baby Bottle/Crib card

I used the SVGCuts.com kit Tiny Miracle. The top comes off so you can put some treats like Hershey kisses in there.

The crib is a box card and you can write your sentiment on the back. What an awesome gift for someone with a new addition!

Fancy Lamp

This was so much fun and by far my favorite thing to make. The cut is from SVGCuts.com from the Maison de Madeline kit. The paper is from Recollections Union Station paper pad. I put some small rocks in the bottom to weigh it down a bit and added some trim I bought at Fabricland. In the back there is a hole where you can put an electronic tea light. The soft light shines through the vellum and gives it a nice glow.

Heart Shadow Box

The file is from 3Dcuts.com. They include instructions but there is also a YouTube video by Melody Lane on how to assemble. I think these are very cool!

Bridal Shower Corset invitations

I did a mix of different shades of pink and black and embossed the outside with the Cuttlebug and Dots folder and added a little pearl and tiny diamonds. The corset is from Tie the Knot I believe and the envelope is also done on the Explore although I'm not sure which image set. We added a recipe card that the ladies could fill out and bring to the shower to help the bride start a cookbook for her new kitchen.

UPDATE: I just wanted to share a picture from the shower that these were created for. One of the ladies took inspiration from the invitation and made a cake with the corset out of fondant. I thought she did a fantastic job!

Spare Cards

I love these colours! I keep a few of these handy in case I need a card on the quick. I think they are just lovely.

Get Well/Sympathy Card

I found this design online somewhere and recreated it. I've used it as a sympathy card as well as a get better soon card. It is a bit time consuming rolling all the flowers by hand. I used my craft tweezers to speed along the process and a hot glue gun to make sure they wouldn't unroll. Who wouldn't want a wheelbarrow of flowers!
